With vast experience in major stadium and live event environments, Marina specializes in keeping complex programming running smoothly from start to finish.
Her work spans event-adjacent administrative preparation and operational coordination, including guest relations, hospitality oversight, internal and public-facing communication, and the many moving parts that must align for a successful live event. From high-profile concerts to major sporting events, MNF Collective brings calm execution, clear organization, and dependable follow-through so teams stay focused and everything runs smoothly.

Marina has spent her entire 12-year career working in sports and live events. Her experience spans Major League Baseball, the Kansas City Royals, a large sports agency, a Baseball Scout School Talent Evaluation certificate, a Master's degree in Public Relations from USC, and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. She has also worked with the Los Angeles Dodgers since 2015 in various roles, and is currently a stadium tour guide. Her passion for health and wellness led to her Personal Training certification in 2021, and she consistently gives back through sports industry mentorship. Marina also enjoys volunteering with her two favorite charities, the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and Justin Turner Foundation.
Marina constantly meets so many incredible people in her full-time work, and would love to work on special projects with them!
