MNF Collective is led by Marina Foté, a highly diversified sports administration, publicity, and operations professional with vast experience inside elite, high-profile sports and live event environments. Over 6 1/2 years at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, she supported large-scale events that demand precision and attention to detail, from administrative and hospitality oversight to internal coordination, social media, and publicity support. She's also a skilled spokeswoman, public speaker, and communicator, having made multiple TV, radio, and podcast appearances and giving VIP tours of Dodger Stadium, Camelback Ranch, and the LA Coliseum.

Marina's background also includes supporting major Los Angeles events, such as the 2017, 2018, 2024, and 2025 World Series, a 2021 concert featuring Drake, the 2022, 2023, and 2024 NASCAR Clash at the Coliseum, 2014 and 2022 MLB All Star Games, 2023 HARD Summer, seven seasons of USC Football from 2019-2025, and many more. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Business from Cal Lutheran, Scout School Certificate in Baseball Talent Evaluation, NASM Personal Training Certification, Ordained Minister Certification, and will graduate in 2026 with her Master's degree in Public Relations from USC.
